Hi moms, a few weeks ago, my 10 week old baby girl started having weird crying episodes. She would start crying uncontrolably mid-feeding *i am breastfeeding only*. Baby's Poo Burned Her Bottom :(

My 15month old daughter had a poo that burned her bottom so badly there are even 2 small spots where the skin is a little broken from blistering. Has anyone experienced this?There were no new or acidic foods and she's not sick, I'm not sure what could have caused it. It happened late yesterday afternoon at daycare, and when I got her home to bathe her she couldn't even sit in the water and cried from pain, it was awful. I put lots of diaper cream for the night and this morning it was better, it also seemed to be healing throughout the day....

Giving Infant a Solutab

Hello! I have a 2 part question. 1) My 5 week old has been diagnosed with GERD. She was put on Zantac which didn't work and then switched to Prevacet. The Prevacet is a solutab (tablet that dissolves into granules). I was told to dissolve the tablet in a very small amout of water and then give her the pill with a syringe dropper. My problem is that the medicine is hard to dispense that way and most of it ends up running down her chin or stuck in the dropper. I'm looking for a safe natural remedy to get rid of herpes. When ever I get a really bad cold I always end up getting herpes in and around my nose. I woke up this morning with a terrible sore throat. It hurts to swallow and talk. I dont have a fever or anything but I'm deathly afraid of getting my 5 mo old sick! My 14 1/2 month old had 105.1 temp yesterday and was throwing up. I took him to the dr and they said that he had blisters on his throat and that he had Hand Foot and Mouth Disease and that it is a virus that just has to run it's course. How to soothe indigestion during pregnancy?

I am 34 weeks and have had a lot of indigestion. I have been using Maalox but it hasn't been working all that much anymore. I have been drinking sprites which used to work but sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone have an remedies? I usually drink water through the day and a little at night. I will even get hearburn when I eat oatmeal so I don't know what to do at this point. I never really had these problems with the first child but this second one has given me so many issues.

My 4 1/2 mo old twins were just diagnosed with reflux. The Dr recommended we start them on rice cereal 2/day to help (among other things). It has seemed to help Micah, but it just makes Noah constipated (he is normally 1-2/day regular and has gone 4 days, then 5 and SCREAMS every times he passes gas...including in the middle of the night) We have switched to Oatmeal and tried mixing prunes with the cereal...still same problems.
