Food Ideas for Milk Protein Allergy and Soy Allergy

My son was diagnosed at 5 days with a severe milk protein allergy. He is currently on Enfamil Nutramigen formula. When he turned one we had allergy testing done and discovered that he was allergic to milk and soy, which is pretty much in EVERYTHING! I am getting frustrated with trying to find different things things to feed him. (and frustrated trying to STOP family from feeding him things he is allergic to.) I have recently gotten a kitten, I haven't had one for 10 years. (and that was just temporary). Since bringing home I have shown signs of allergies.. Toddler with Milk and Egg Allergy

We just found out that my 2 year old son has a milk and egg allergy. He was diagnosed with EE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis)and GERD. The EE is caused usually from a food allergy- the white blood cells in the esophagas over produce from the food allergy and cause inflamtion in the esophagas. I have never heard of this disease. Help! My Son Is Allergic to Eggs and Dairy!!

I just found out my 10 month old is allergic to eggs and dairy. He can't even be touched by someone that has had contact with either of theses things. He is eating table food just fine, however, I have to completely change his diet now and I'm at a loss!! I'm hoping there are other moms out there with this same condition that can help me with meal ideas and what brands are okay. Even if the food doesn't contain egg or dairy, it can't even be made in line that does egg and dairy. He also can't have peanuts!! Please help!!

Where Can I Buy Rice Milk for My 1 Year Old Daughter?

Hi Mommas! My 14 month old DD seems to not tolerate cow's milk well. She gets terrible rashes on her bottom as well as runny stools. Our pediatrician suggested giving her rice milk or soy milk. I chose rice milk that is fortified. Where can I buy rice milk? I went to a few grocery stores near me with no luck. I don't know if my DD is lactose intolerant yet or if it's a milk protein allergy. Getting My Toddler to Take Yucky Medicine

I need help! My two year old is supposed to take Fer-in-sol (iron supplement) because her hemoglobin is a little low. I cannot get her to take it. I tried mixing with some grape juice, as the pharmacist suggested, but I got nowhere. I tried it myself and it tastes terrible. So I'm wondering if anyone out there has some good tips for getting their child to take bad-tasting medicine, such as iron or prednisolone, etc. Thanks!
