4 Year Old Son Having Behavior Problems

Does anyone have any suggestions to help me out with my 4 year old son. While picking him up from daycare last week, the teacher told me that he is having behavioral problems. I also found out that he has still been in the 3 yr old room. He is not listening at all, he does not seem to understand that there are consequences for his actions, either good or bad. Have any of you every had problems with Hives? I keep breaking out with them on my neck. My husband thinks it's stress. I've made sure my lotions & soaps are free of dyes & smells, but I still keep getting them. Are there certain foods that make you get hives? Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do? I buy lots of cortizone & take Benadryl, but I'd like to stop it from happening, not treat the symptoms.

2 Y/o with Wart on Hand

My 2 year old daughter has what appears to be a wart on her hand, right in the crease where her ring finger meets her palm. It is fairly large, she picks at it occasionally but it doesn't otherwise seem to be bothering her. I am hesitant to ask to have it removed because not only would that be probably traumatic, but it seems like it would be a very difficult location to keep bandaged and cleaned afterwards.
