Rash on 6 Month Old's Bottom

Our six month old has a rash on her bottom. We noticed a small couple of spots so started putting on A&D Ointment and change her every couple hours, whether really wet or not...(more frequently if needed...) and everyday the rash has gotten worse. We haven't really changed her diet, but she is fighting a cold and teething. We did (on recommendation of her ped)give her some plain yogurt about 5 days before the rash appeared. 11 Mth Son - Cycle of Congestion/ear Infections, Has Reflux, Doesn't Sleep Well

Hi everyone, I have a 11 month old son with a combination of issues. Most recently, he has been sick on and off with congestion and ear infections, accompanied by fever, for over 2 months now. He's had 2 rounds of antibiotics (which causes constant diarrhea and then awful diaper rash!). Gas Drops Anyone??

Anyone have any experience or advice regarding gas drops and their effectiveness? How about Colic Calm (i googled gas drops and this is appearently a holistic drop for gas etc)? I have never used them (on my second child now) and am thinking my almost 5 month daughter may benefit from them as the past month has been kind of tough on the tummy! Any advice would help! A little more info: She's breast fed & supplemented with formula while I'm at work.. been doing well with this since 6 weeks of age - and no problems. We did get the go ahead...

Breastfed Infant Is Suffering from Constipation

I was wondering how any of you have dealt with an infant suffering from constipation. I have a two month old who was going No. 2 normally up until a few days ago. The first time he went once in a period of over 36 hours and has not gone since (going on 48 hours). I hear that it is very uncommon for a breastfed babies to be constipated. Son with Diarrhea

My son is 7 months old and is having his first bout with diarrhea. He's still eating and still having a wet diaper, though not as often as he usually does. But he is pooping out pretty much everything that he's eating. I am wondering if anyone has used imodium on a child his age before. Getting A&D Ointment off Clothes, Hair, and the Smell Out of the House

My adorable 2 1/2 year old niece just emptied an entire tube of A&D ointment on herself. While mom and dad were talking in the other room, she squeezed it out and rubbed it all over herself - from head to toe. Dad gave her a bath and washed her hair, but my sister says that her hair is still really greasy and gross. Her clothes are stained.
