Son with Diarrhea

My son is 7 months old and is having his first bout with diarrhea. He's still eating and still having a wet diaper, though not as often as he usually does. But he is pooping out pretty much everything that he's eating. I am wondering if anyone has used imodium on a child his age before. I have also heard that yogurt really helps but I was wondering if anyone else had tried this. I've got a call into his doctor but he hasn't called me back yet. Any info would be helpful.

20-Month Old Has Diarrhea and Horrible Diaper Rash

My twenty-month old has had diarrhea for about 3 weeks now. I have taken her to the pediatrician and all of the parasite stool tests came back normal. Almost all of the rest of our family (me, dad, and big sis, but not big brother) have been having similar issues as well, so I don't think it's just a baby thing. Causes of Diarrhea

My son just turned one this month. He's awesome, walking and chatting away. However, we are going on 4 days of diarrhea. My poor kid. It started Saturday and shows no signs of letting up. I called his Ped. but since he does not have a fever, is not vomiting, and still has an appatite they said there is really nothing they can do it just has to run it coarse.
