To Breastfeeding Moms

I have two sons that I chose to use formula with, I'm at peace with that choice. I'm very uncomfortable, however, about doing any breastfeeding in public. No offense, but I think it particularly offensive when ladies choose not to cover up while breastfeeding in public, like at a resaraunt. With that said, I am pregnant with baby number 3 and would like explore the option of pumping only so that my baby has the benefits of breastmilk without having to breastfeed in front of anyone. What Is the Best Brand for Bottles? Avent?

Hey there. We are pregnant with our third baby and looking for what kind of bottles we want to buy. I have heard good things about the Avent bottles, but before I make any purchases I would love to know what kind of bottles you used for your baby and if you liked them or not. Thanks so much! :)

Milk Alternative That Isn't Soy...

a couple days ago i posted a question about my baby's eating habit/gas issues, and the most common response was to eliminate dairy... i drink a lot of milk, and i REALLY don't like soy (my grandmother used to force it on me when i was growing up and living with her...) i will drink it if i can't find anything else, but is there something else that works? mostly if i can eat it on cereal and it doesn't taste horrible it should be ok...

Schedule for Breastfeeding?

EDIT AFTER READING SOME RESPONSES: My baby WILL NOT take a bottle/sippy cup/etc. Absolutely WILL NOT. I have tried - believe me. Also - he was eating 5 jars a day when he was 6 mos old - but he had to stay in the hospital for 6 days and didnt feel like eating solids. After that stay - he went down to two jars a day and just will not eat anymore. It is a fight to get him to eat the two jars! I am afraid to give him anything like puffs because he wont eat anything with texture and everytime i try puffs, etc. he chokes because he...
