Does anyone have any tips on promoting better lactation. I have a 4 week old son and have had to put him on formula because my breastmilk production has gone way down (about 2-3 oz per DAY. My pediatrician told me to try an herb called fenugreek but I have yet to notice a change. Has anyone ever used this herb, does it work?
