Carb Lovers Diet
I have seen the Carb Lover's Diet in my Heath magazines and am wondering if anyone has bought the book and tried it out? I have NEVER done one of the "crazy" diets before like a South Beach or Atkins. I workout 4-5 days a weeks and try to eat pretty healthy. I am a muncher though. I sit at a desk all day and get "bored" and want to munch. Typically I have fruit or yo-gurt, so not awful, but at night when the kids want Pringles (they are Light, but still pringles) or cheeze-its (baked) or anything like that, I am quick to grab a handful...
