Seeking Help with Sleep!

Hello Mamas. I have an almost three year-old boy and a 10 week old little girl. We have a family bed. I've been co-sleeping with my son from the beginning, and he is a great sleeper. My daughter is obviously too little to put on a schedule, etc. However, she's nursing continually ALL NIGHT LONG and I'm really beat. I think my son did this as well from time to time, but I didn't have a 3 year old then. If I try to take her off the breast (which is what our pediatrician recommended) she wakes up and starts fussing and if I don't put her back...

Baby Refuses Bottle

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to help my baby "like" the bottle. She is 4 months old and I've been trying since one month. Obviously she is exclusively breast-fed, and I've been pumping to have milk available so I can "go out" once in a while. HA! Yeah right, she refuses a bottle anytime we try (even I tried once and she just laughed at me!). Anyways, this may be related to her dislike of the pacifier... It'd be nice to be able to go out once in a while and not worry whether she will take the bottle or not. Any...

Feedback on Avent Breast Pump

Hi Moms. Have any of you used the Avent iQ duo electric breast pump? If so, please let me know your opinions. Does it come with a battery pack or bag? I don't necessarily NEED those things, but just curious. I cannot afford the Medela pump, and we have Avent bottle that we used with our first and plan on using with our second (who is coming soon - yah!) Anyway, I have read multiple reviews online from those who used this pump and they are generally positive, but I thought I'd ask the opinions of my fellow Mamapedia moms :) Looking for info...
