Amoxycillin Reaction - Please Advise
My 11 year old daughter went to the Dr. almost a month ago. She has not been ill for over 4 years (at least not ill enough to see a Dr.). Dr. said it was an upper respiratory thing and prescribed amoxycillin. 10 day script and 8 days into it she developed a full body "rash" reaction. Returned to Dr. and was told this was a typical amxy reaction. Prednisone and Singulairwere presecribed. 5 day dosage of prednisone.
