Seeking Advice for Out of Control 16 Year Old

I am seeking advice for a 16 year old who is out of control. A little bit about our sitation - I am 31 single female (no kids)with a 16 year old sister. Our mother died over 14 years ago, so she was raised primarily by our father. Out of pity for my youngest sister, he let her grow up doing whatever she wanted - no disipline whatsoever. Allergy or Not?

Recently my hands and feet started to itch something fierce. I thought maybe it was an allergy to something, but it seems to be mostly at night (occasionally in the daytime). I have seen my regular dr., but they haven't been much help, only referring me to a dermatologist. I have done some research on the internet and there are some things that I've read regarding similar symptoms--from high blood pressure, to diabetes, to carpel tunnel syndrome. My Son Has a Fever with No Other Symptoms.

Hello all - My 5 year old son is running a low fever with no other real symptoms. Yesterday I picked him up from preschool and noticed nothing unusual. He came home, had a snack, went outside for a little while....then started getting tired pretty early and ended up falling asleep at around 6:30 pm.
