I have two babies, one 5 months and the other 15 months. They both have mucus trapped in their heads. I can hear it when they breathe and at night they cough so much. At first I tried infant's and children's tylenol for cold and cough, didn't cure the problem. Then I took them to the doctor, who gave them a nebulizer, that only loosened the flems and they coughed more. I got fed up with medicateing them and got some vapor plugs, only worked a day or two.
