This place is the best.. clean.. friendly reasonable.. a little futher south of shoreline.. 80th and lake city (where lake city triangles before freeway. By subway and diva espresso.
It is peony nails.. they have regular mani/pedis. But oh do I love their hot stone parffin wax pedicure for a treat. It is 30 dollars. They are so acomadating I had my daughters 8th b~day their with 20 kids lol :) they are busy on weekends and they do take aptts by phone.. also they have a web site on yelp.

Not exactly the area you asked about...but sort of in between them. Blooming Nails on Main Street in Bothell is fabulous!

Seriously love this place. Its beautiful inside and they always do a fantastic job. They will serve you your beverage of choice while having your nails done too (non alcoholic though).

I really love Alderwood Nails - in that little strip mall in the NW corner of the mall parking lot. You can see more info at my Yelp Review here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/alderwood-nails-lynnwood#hrid:S0e...

I will add that I'm no stickler for hygiene - I'm just starting to learn what to watch out for and be more careful in choosing a place that uses germicidal solutions and such, so when I go again I'll update my post to include that aspect.
