So my husband and i are thinking of taking a vacation togeather next year for our 5 year anniversary and leaving the kids with grandma and grandpa. We have never been on a vacation before and never went on a honey moon. We are thinking maybe a cruise, but are open to any options. My question is where have you vacationed that you really loved? What's Everyone Doing to save Money

I'm wondering what everyone's doing to save money. Tips on going grocery shopping, what are you cutting back on. I want to see if how else I would be able to save money. Times are tough......... I pay about $140 for cable, internet and phone through Comcast. Am I paying too much??? Thank you all in advance for any input.

Pet Sitter or Pet Boarding?

We're going on a summer vacation vacation and trying to decide whether to board our cat or use a pet sitter with it in our house or keep it outdoors. Last year when we went on a long vacation(driving from TX to CA) we kept our cat at home. I had my FIL feed the cat in the morning, and a neighbor check on it once in awhile in the evening. No Extended Family Around!

Hello! Any other mom's out there living without any extended family around? Just looking to vent and for friendly advice. Husband's parents are in another country and my parents are in another state. We don't even have any other extended family around, ie... aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters. It kinda gets me down in the dumps. We have never taken a family vacation. We would like to this year. Our kids are Boy 10, Girl 6 and Boy 2. What are your favorite spots? We aer open to flying or driving.
