So, here I am with a box (ok I just ate half) of cinnamon Graham crackers. Originally bought for my son - of two and a half (he only likes the honey flavor) - who won't touch it with a ten foot pole.
Before I gorge on more of these (and a gallon of milk) give me a few ideas. What can I bake or make with them?

You can make a pie crust or cheesecake, mmmmm......
dip applesauce with them, warm applesauce,, yum
Crust for an apple pie OR crumble on top of a pie or cobbler.
Grind them up for a crust. Add some vanilla pudding for a cream pie. Line the crust with bananas for banana-cream pie. You're making me hungry!!
