I am interested in getting my legs waxed because I am sooooo tired of having to shave EVERY day. I bought an in-home waxing kit today and it did not work at all! I am wondering where is a good place to go to have my legs waxed in Arlington or Mansfield? Like everyone, I am on a budget so nowhere too expensive. Also, how long does it normally last? TIA!

Hi L.,
I have had two friends get their legs done at Ogle school on Park Row. They were very happy with it, and Ogle is really cheap.

I am an esthetician at a little salon in Mansfield! I have been an esthetician for over 8 years, having got my start in LA, and eventually moving to Dallas with my husband to start a family!
I now let Daddy have our daughter every Saturday so I can work at an eco-friendly (and AFFORDABLE!) salon in downtown Mansfield! Here is the website for the salon www.eight6salon.com
Typically, if the hair is long enough at your waxing session, the waxing should last anywhere from 6-8 weeks. The first wax is always the tough one and your hair generally comes back quicker than the following waxes, but you will notice an immediate difference in the hair that DOES grow back! The hair will be so much softer and much thinner - even after 1 time! Of course, I suggest you stay away from razors completely while you are waxing to see the best results! And the more you wax, the more time between waxing sessions. Which is good news for time AND money!
Also, as I am relatively new at this salon, we are still working on a definite price list and the pricing is negotiable. I am also working on frequent waxer deals!
I also use low temperature melting wax that is designed for skin that is sensitive. It keeps you much more comfortable with less irritation and no fear of burning or bruising.
If you have any questions you can (obviously) respond to this, or you can email me at ____@____.com.
Thanks!
