Tips on Cleaning Noses...

Hi Girls! In need of some tips on pleasant ways to clean those itty bitty noses. To date, my little one despises the bulb, saline solution, tissue, you name it. Any help is greatly appreciated! It's so dry here he constantly has crusties... :(
