How Can I Lose This Mommy Belly
I have 2 sons. After my 2nd, 3 yrs ago, I ballooned to 233 lbs and was very ill. The dr put me on a diet and i dropped 50 lbs in a little over a year. I have recently put back 10 lbs after keeping the weight off for about a year. My physical activity has decreased as my son no longer needs to be walked to school and i've been drowsy from allergy medicine. This hayfever is terrible! Anyways, I have a fat belly. A bit droopy.
