Moving from Formula to Whole Milk

I am having a hard time moving my daughter from formula to whole milk. I have to mix 2oz formula with 4oz Whole Milk. We have been doing this for about 2 months now. If I just give her staight milk she won't take it. I also can't get her to drink Milk/Formula out of a sippy cup! She will drink Water, Apple Cider out of it great but I put milk in there and she spits it out. Any Suggestions for either of these? My Daughter is 13 Months old.

Advice on How to Get 9 Month Old to Drink from Sippy Cup

Does anyone have advice on how to get a 9 month old to drink from a sippy cup. My doctor told me to start working on it at our 6 month visit. I've been working on it and am having no success. I have tried different kinds of sippy cups and putting different things in the sippy cups (juice, formula, water) and am having no luck. I feel like we are going to be using bottles forever! Does anyone have any helpful tips.
