Single Parents and Christmas
Do you put gifts for yourself under the tree? I never have, and on Christmas morning it's not very interactive since all the gifts under the tree are for my daughter (5) and I sit and watch her open them. Any ideas on how to change that? I don't buy things for myself during the holidays. Should I wrap a few things for myself too? We don't have any other family really, so there's no one to take her shopping for me. What things did you do in that situation to make it more memorable? ~V.
