What Products to Use for an Infant Who Has a Rash

Hi I was wondering what products many of you recommend for an infant (2 month old) who has a very bad sandpaper like rash all over her body. Her back is actually peeling today since her skin has been so dry. I did take her to her Pediatrician who ruled out any illness. He stated it may be sensitive skin or she may be having a reaction to a food that I am eating as she also has very bad reflux along with it. 7 Month Old and Bowel Movements

I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem. My 7 month old son has a bowel movement usually every other day, but they are EXPLOSIVE! Today he had two really messy explosions that required baths to clean him up. Please help! My son has been constipated for the last week with BMs the consistency of thick peanut-butter. He can't seem to get one big poop out but instead he's been straining and getting small amounts out at a time. This has made his bum incredibly raw and now it has started to bleed in places. My twins got their 1yr shots on thursday, along with a flu shot.
