When I workout I almost always switch to anything by Madonna - 4 Minutes is my go to song and always gets me moving.
I'm needing to download some new workout songs! I'm getting tired of my selection... Any suggestions?? What songs really pump you up??
Thanks!

I use the 90s hip hop workout station on Pandora. So much fun!
Eye of the Tiger baby. Oh yeah.
Wait, that doesn't date me does it? ;)
Anything by Pitbull has a good beat. I also like Flo Rida.
The new song by Robin Thicke - Blurred lines, also has a good beat.
I also like Britney Spears - the early stuff. All is about how fast I walk on the treadmill.
ABBA songs like Dancing Queen or Rock Me are great to pep me up.
For working out I like the band Erasure especially the album The Innocents. That and the album Love.Angel.Music.Baby by Gwen Stefani. I also made a playlist with each of the songs I liked best from all the CD's I own and ripped, which makes it quite varied from Stones, David Bowie, Dire Straits, Michael Jackson, Blondie, REM, Prince, Queen,Elvis Costelllo, English Beat, Eurithmics, George Michael, Georgia Sattelites, NRBQ, Jason Mraz, Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Santana, Shania Twain, Bon Jovi and the Dave Mathews Band. You can also buy those Greatest Hits of the (fill in the decade) which usually has all the pop hits that were on the radio then, often fast good tunes for workouts or walks.
My favorite at the moment: Heads Will Roll by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Depends on what kind of music you're looking for - but I'm really into Work by Lil Jon right now (they play it at my Zumba class). I also get pumped by one called Turbulence by Steve Aoki, Laidback Luke & Lil Jon. Other songs are Calabria by Enur, Maths by Deadmau5 and If You Want To Stay Awake by DRC Music. :)
I was just talking to my son about this tonight. He loves working out to Dubstep.
Well, I know I'm hardly unique, and these songs are overplayed, but can you really beat them? Get Lucky and Blurred Lines (If nudity bothers you, don't watch.)

Despite hearing them dozens of times already, these songs always get me moving. :)
