Who Loves Their Laser Hair Removal Center?

I have used laser hair removal in the past and don't need information on the treatment itself. The provider I used closed down however, so I want to find out if anyone has a place they absolutely love (or hate). The kind of info I'm seeking is about location, competence and friendliness of the staff, ease of getting an appointment, package pricing, re-treat policy, etc. I live in the Plano area and am hoping to find one close to home (of course, I will drive a bit for someone that is just fabulous). I've read through many websites, but there's nothing like hearing from someone who's actually been there.

I'm going to Sona Spa at 121 and Legacy. I really like their staff. The sales and desk people are friendly and helpful. The technicians are wonderful at making "small talk" to try and distract you during the process. They've always been gentle, patient, and understanding.
I've never had a problem getting an appointment. However, I can't give you a whole lot of info on price since the package I received was a gift from my husband, and the staff put "do not discuss price--gift!" all over my file!
I do know that retreatments (or, touch-ups) after your allotted number of treatments are something like $50 per session. And, once you purchase a package, you receive discounts on future packages.

I just had my first treatment at Ideal Image (121 and Preston) and I really liked it. The staff if very nice and I have not had any issues getting my schedule accommodated. They are a little more expensive than some of the other places but the will offer discounts and promotions. They also offer 1 year of free touch ups and $40 lifetime touch ups.

I've been using Body Essentials Medical Spa in Plano for several years now. They are great and very professional. The main reason I started with them was b/c they are run by a group of ob/gyn's who are very careful about their practices. I also like that you don't have to buy a package.

This month they are running two specials:
New clients $99 for the bikini area (I'm assuming that's just the first visit, which is still a good deal)
For established patients (don't know if new can do this too), it's 50% off the first treatment of a new area.

Their number is ###-###-####.

P.S. If you want their latest newsletter, send me a private response with your address and I'll forward it to you.

I used Smooth Solutions. Their prices were good, however I don't feel they were very thorough and they rushed through it. I know the number of treatments needed varies, but I think in my case it would require many more treatments than they told me. I had several treatments on my underarms, upper lip and bikini area, and there is a little less hair now, but not significant. Still having to shave alot. I started feeling like it would never be gone altogether and gave up. If you have the money to spend, go somewhere that has one price for as many treatments as it takes to be hair-free. It isn't something I can afford right now, but someday I will do that! Good luck :)
