Where to Buy the Decoration Strips and Lights for Brithday Party? (Exton)

I am not sure about the area you mentioned I am from Chicago but if you have some time to order over the internet - "Oriental Trading" has a bunch of party stuff to pick from. The site is probably OrientalTrading.com if not just google it.

I hae ordered from Oriental Trading a few times. The things I got were not very well made but cute. Since it was only to be used for one day I felt that it was worth the $$.

There is a Party City store in Exton that should have everything you need. Oriental Trading has a ton of stuff too but at least at Party City you won't have to pay shipping.
