What to Do with Really Old Family Pictures!

Good Day,
I have taken many of the 1900's pictures I have of family members and made a collage which states their names. It is a large collage, but it is a great conversation piece and till now, I believe a very unique one at that! I cherish all my old pictures! I still cherish & hold dear to my heart my grandparents 1922 marriage picture! Beautiful beyond ant thing I've ever seen or posse! Good luck and I hope I have inspired you too!

You may want to scan them and make a nice photobook out of them from Shutterfly, Kodak, etc.... Even Walgreens and CVS let you design photobooks. They are pretty easy! Usually you upload your photos to the website and their layout software lets you 'drag and drop' your pictures where you want them. (Each page will have a layout you can choose: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 pictures per page, etc....) Many have neat backgrounds you can choose, etc....

If you ever feel up to scrapbooking, one of the easiest ways to get started is to buy a scrapbook that has the pages already in it........ Many have plastic covers already on each page... You can buy a little pack of paper at the craft store (There are many coordinating designs in one pack... I usually buy one of those coordinating paper packs and laytout 2-4 on a page... Then set my pictures on top)

But- designing a photobook on-line is much easier... and the results looks like a professional book.

Get a digital photo frame, scan the old pics and enjoy them. Wal-Mart is cheap to scan pics, you can scan 100+ on to a disc for $2.50.

This might be a good idea. you can add up to 30 pictures. also you can get his sisters to scan you copies of there family pictures and make one for each family. They can do it at CVS Wal-Mart almost anywhere with a photo center. It would be a good idea to have a few digital copies of the pictures in case anyone losses there copies. Just tell them that you inherited a bunch of your old family photos and you don’t want to leave there family out.
