Some of you know I am a foster mom. I am awaiting a new baby as I type this. She's a three week old tiny one (just five pounds now), and I am so excited to meet her!

My new LO is soooo cute and sweet! I forgot how exhausting it is to have a newborn! I have a 13 month old as well, so I am pooooped, but happy!
My Monday good news is that a three week old baby is getting you as her new mom, foster or otherwise! I'm so happy for both of you!

I've just learned my sister is pregnant! This is wonderful news because she lost a baby shortly after birth( full term) this past October.
Also, if things work out, I'll soon be pregnant too!

Oh!! I am so happy for you! How exciting! You are so good to do foster care. I have often thought about it, but now have six of my own. This morning I woke up to find three extra teenage boys sleeping in my living room. Always something going on around here. I wish you all the best. Enjoy your little bundle!

WOW that's great I'll say a prayer that she is healthy and that you enjoy every her thru every messy diaper change and mid night feeding! Babies are such blessings and they change so quickly! Give her a kiss from me!

Hats off to you. I've thought about doing this, but not sure if I could handle it. So many bad parents and do you have to give those beautiful children back to the bad parents sometimes? Not sure I'm strong enough for that...
Congrats!! My sister just got her first foster child 3 weeks ago. He'll be 2 in a week and is such a blessing to us! So exciting!!!!
congrats! ..the baby fell asleep around 11 and didnt wake up again until 2, went right back to sleep by 230 after she was fed and changed and didnt wake up again until 6 when daddy when to work !! its amazing how good it feels to sleep for 3 or 3 1/2 hrs when for the past 2 weeks youve only been sleeping for 2 at a time
