I agree with Sarah - it depends on what type of dr you are looking for. We've had our family dr ever since we moved to the southside and LOVE him - Andrew Johnstone ###-###-####.

Southside OB/GYN is the best! I have been going there for 15 years and there isn't a dr there that I do not like! They are on the corner of stopp 11 & Emerson; connected to St. Francis which is the best hospital to have a baby (my opinion)

It totally depends on what you're looking for. I can give you names of midwives, natural-friendly OBs, and ok-with-delayed-vaccines pediatricians. PM if you want names:)

I am a lifetime southsider and can reccommend Dr. Annette Farthing as a Pediatric Dentist. She has her own practice just north of St. Francis on Emerson Ave. I can also reccommend Dr. L. Blanchard of Southside Pediatrics. Their practice is also located close to St. Francis off of Emerson Ave. I have taken both of my boys to these doctors since they were tiny and have been very happy with both. My boys are now 8 and 11.

I am also very happy with Associates for Women's Health located on County Line Road close to the Greenwood airport. Dr. Boyer is my OB/GYN but there are other doctors in this practice as well.
