we just moved in the area and I need a pediatrician, dentist and eye doctor for my children(and me). the thing is that till now I've been going to one racomanded by some friends that is ok, but it seems like my insurance is not covering much of her bills. I have blue cross. Can anyone suggest any good MD networked with the blue corss insurance or the Jhons Hopkin? (I'm paying around 90$ each time, each child! :()

You may want to try Main Street pediatrics - they are in Towson on Fairmount Ave. and I know they take Blue Cross. They have a good group of doctors there.
Yes! Please call Dr. Kenneth Tellerman at ###-###-####. He is very hands-on and wonderful. His office is off of Coldspring Lane and will be moving in March, however just to The Rotunda, which is only about 1 mile from where he is.
Here in Towson, where we live, there is the Maryland Pediatric Group off of Greenspring and Falls Road. www.mdpedgrp.com, ###-###-#### I went here as a child and would highly recommend this practice, as well.

as for peds, I use maryland pediatric group. i know my ped is not taking new patients, but i am sure one of the docs is.
as for me...my ob/gyn is capital womens care at st. joeseph medical center in the odea building. if you are looking for a good pediatic eye doc - i take my daughter to dankner and associates in the village of cross keys.
there is also a good hopkins group both at greenspring station and white marsh. good luck...i know this is hard
I use Pediatric Partners in Towson off of Joppa Road. I have been with them for 6 years and love them! My 3 kids love them too! Great hours too! For a dentist I use Dentistry for Kids ( Drs. Kohn and Ballinger) in Hunt Valley. Hope this helps.

I have a wonderful General Practicioner named Dr. Gwen DuBois. She is associated with Sinai Hospital. My pediatrician, who has been a doctor to our family since my sisters (who are now in their late twenties) is Dr. Armand Pulcinella. Both of these doctors in my opinion come highly recommended and they both are in the Blue Cross network.
I LOVE our pediatrician- Dr. Jonathan Surell, Mainstreet Pediatrics in Towson. I'm not sure what insurance they accept but he really is great:

Towson Medical Associates on York Rd, across from Towson University, has good doctors. I think those who treat children are family practice, not specifically pediatricians.
Leonard Maranto is a dentist in the heart of Towson who is very good and may be helpful with the insurance. You'll need to call - he's listed in the phone book.
Dankner, Fiergang, and Assoc eye doctors are at Cross Keys, off of Falls Road just south of the Northern Parkway/Falls Road intersection. They specialize in kids, but may take adults as well. They could probably also give you a recommendation for adult eye care.

I have had several docs at the Md Pediatric Group and they are all good. They seem to rotate who gets new patients. I've heard good things about Dr. Bucci that another mom recommended. For eye docs, I haven't met her but I am making an appt for my son and she comes highly recommended: Mary Collins over at GBMC. For dentists we use Dentistry for Kids in Sparks.
