I am not a fan of red shirts with khakis...probably because I worked at DQ when I was 16 and that was the atttire. What about either pair of pants and a nice shirt?

You could wear the same thing but I would suggest wearing the same pants and different shirt or same shirt and different pants.

I had 3 interviews for the job I am in now and I wore the same pants to them all and just switched shirts. Different accessories and you should be good to go. Good Luck. :-)

Switch up the shirt. Wear a different necklace or earrings. Do something different with your hair. They will never notice the same pants.
You've come this far. AWESOME!!!!!! Good for you!
Don't revert to the khakis and polo at this point.
Don't dress DOWN for your second interview.

Good luck!

You can wear the same pants, just change up the top and accessories! I would not wear khakis to an interview, dress your best!!! Good Luck to you I hope you get the job!!!

Everyone is right - the khakis and polo are definitely too casual. I used to be a recruiter and you should always dress as nicely as possible. It's better to wear the same thing to both interviews than to wear something casual. Good luck!

Do you have another nice shirt that you can wear with the black dress pants? That's what i'd do.

Hmm... it really depends on the job you are interviewing for. Either way, remember that this interview is probably the most important. You need to impress your potential manager and dress to impress. Not sure what the job is but khakis sound way to casual for an interview. Dress to impress with the goal of getting an offer!

Good luck!

Either same outfit or wear black pants again and different shirt. Put some accesories with it and maybe wear your hair different, different shoes or something just in case you run into the people from the first interview! Congrats on landing a second interview so soon. No khakis and red polo-way too casual for any kind of interview. All The Best...

khakis sound a bit too casual, you always want to dress a little nicer than the person interviewing you. If your next interview is w/ a different person and different place, then just wear the same thing! It seems like you were feeling great and confident in that outfit, and it got you a 2nd interview, so, I would wear it again! Good luck!!

NO no no to the Khakis and polo.
That is too casual and not professional.

I think you can wear the same thing... or then maybe add different accessories to it or different earrings. Nothing flashy. Business attire.
It is an interview with a different person and in a different location.

If it a different person just wear the same outfit as before. Never dress more casually than anyone who is making a decision about hiring you.

Same as everyone else, same pants, different shirt! I would worry a little that you may see the same people you interviewed with. Or that the manager may have seen you yesterday. Congrats! This one is even more important, they liked you the first time so wow them again, no need to impress them any less!

The khakis with a nice polo sounds a little too informal but you do want something that they would feel comfortable putting you to work in.

Congrats on the second interview!! I'd go with the exact same thing you wore to the first one! Definitely not the khakis and polo..the 2nd interview is twice as important!
