You can find the the rubber thick training pant at Sears
Department store. Just ask the salesperson at the children
department.
My 2 and a half year old little boy is finally showing signs of being ready to potty train. I have read many posts that talk about some underpants that are a little thicker and more absorbant than regular underpants. Where can you find them? Any of the major department stores? I have not had much luck yet.

We've used the Gerber (both the ones with the plastic cover and without), which were OK, but we liked the Potty Scotty ones better too. Seem to be better at holding the urine (though with big accidents there will always be a mess), but they definitely still know they're wet. Good luck!
walmart and target have them, in the baby section, made by gerber.
Hi J.,
hanna Anderson has them http://www.hannaandersson.com
and I'm pretty sure I've seen them at Babies-R-Us or Target.
I hated the Gerber ones. What's the point?--Not nearly absorbant or waterproof or anything.
I really like the ones that you can get through www.EverythingBirth.com and www.CottonBabies.com Very good quality & actually worth the money.
try the One Step Ahead catalog, I think I've seen them in there.
I LOVED the Gerber ones--Target or WalMart has them.
Gerber makes them, they are great. you can find them at walmart or target in the section where the onsies are. they come in a pack of 3 for about 9.00. good luck
Google Potty Scotty. There is no better training pant. They are absorbant enough so that pee doesn't go everywhere, but your child will definitely know when wet. Pricey but well worth the money. I had my guy wear these around the house, and a pullup when we went out until he got the hang of it.
JC penney's sells a line of clothes call wee essentials. I believe that they sell the training underwear. You may also want to check target or walmart.good luck
