I am looking for a housekeeper and don't know where to find one. I would like someone 2 days a week to start possibly to add a third day later. I am wanting someone to do all of the cleaning and some a laundry. I have a 9 yr old and 6 yr old boy and would like to be able to leave them with the housekeeper while running errands. Does anyone have any ideas where to look or know someone?

First, I looked for how house cleaners cleaned. Did they use swiffers in place of actual dusting polish and windex?
Then I wanted to call others they had cleaned for.. were they on time or arrived in the time frame they said they would?
Are they willing to clean baseboards and blinds on a regular basis as part of the cost?
I found these questions and their answers to be so important.

Check the Nanny agency? They do intense background checks on their employees and you can send requests and whatnot. Hope that helps!
