I have an AMAZING house keeper who is unable to come this weekend - she cleans things that I didn't know were dirty. :) I pay her $80 to do my 3 br / 2.5 ba house - about 2200 sq ft - all floors are concrete so they have to be swept and mopped - she generally stays all day - I'm not expecting to find someone who does the job she does to be honest, but I would like to find someone who will do a great job for the same amount and is available this weekend.
