UGHH...I feel like I can do little to nothing and start to perspire like crazy! I have tried different deoderants but none of them seem to really do the job and I feel stinky, probably more so than I really am, but I am very self conscious of it! maybe TMI but I am also big breasted and sweat like crazy under my boobs, annoying! I have tried Secret clinical and tired powder under the boobs and in the bra. Whatever I do doesnt seem to be enough, I a sitting here folding laundry and already feel icky! Any suggestions??

What can I do next?

I have had a sweat problem all my life. Never thought to talk to a doc about it and am extremely glad that clinical strength deoderant is on the market. I use Dove Clinical. You do have to put it on at night, but I have been known to forget it and be able to go two days and be fine!
I also have the big breast problem and have been known to use regular deoderant there (and the small of my back, top of butt crack, crease of legs-where thigh meets privates) I used to end up with sweat stains and water marks on the bottom third of my bra cups and have soaked underwear at the crotch and crack.
From some of the answers it sounds like Degree way even be better, but I like the sent of the Dove. If it ever stops working, I may try Degree.

I do lots of wedding. For the brides on their wedding day, we have them stand with their arms above their head and pray them down with Arrid or Secret Sports spray. Under the boobs, down their backs, between their legs. etc.

This works for just every day if needed.

Imagine getting married where it is over 100 degrees and there you are in all of those wedding clothes!

Also when you use the "Clinical deodorants". They are supposed to be used after your shower At NIGHT.. this activates it for the next day.. So not good for people that shower in the mornings.

Baby powder can also help some people, again.. under the boobs on your back and between your legs.

Sassy, I too had your problem. A few years back, I asked the same question on Mamasource. From those answers I learned you can get prescription anti-perspirant from your doctor. Explain to him or her your problem. Make it a BIG deal and explain you have been sufferring your whole life and that now you know you can get help. Also, I've learned that if the prescription strength stuff doesn't work botox in the areas can help too. When I presented my problem informed to the doctor, she prescribed Drysol (the prescription anti-perspirant) and a cream in case it caused a rash. It has to be used at night before you go to bed. At first, it did burn a little. I got immediate results and never got a rash. I found that I still needed to use deoderant in the mornings, because even though I wasn't excessively perspiring, I still smelled a little. After a while of using, I found that I only had to use the Drysol weekly. Now, even less. Don't wait any longer. You can be rid of this problem :) I wish I had known years ago.

Certain Dry. I don't have the big boob problem, but I sweat like crazy in my underarms. You put it on at night, and it last for 72 hours. I know it says not to do this, but I put it on at night and regular deodorant on in the morning. I also have the best luck with Degree.

I use men's inscented Mitchem gel. Works great. I don't sweat that heavily, but I hate wet underarms so this works great for me.

Mitchem is the best and they even have a new Women's formula which is a 15 hour clinical kind. I swear buy it and I have to sit out at Hot Football games every weekend. Good luck.

I'm also large-breasted, and the biggest difference for me, so far, has been a properly-fitting bra!!! Oh my gosh what a difference!!! Believe it or not, most women are wearing a bra that's a full cup size to small! (or so I was told) And I know for me, nothing but an underwire, even while I was in the heaviest part of nursing my kids :)

Well there are prescriptions and botox. My husbands dr said the prescriptions weren't really any better than than a certain product you can get over the counter at a drugstore- Certain Dri A.M. and Certain Dri P.M.. It is a system that you must religiously use together, obviously one is used every night and the other every morning (even additionally in the afternoon). It has worked quite well for my husband. I used to get it at Longs but my husband has been picking it up himself lately and I'm not sure where he's getting it - probably Rite Aid. Thank goodness we have never had to go the Botox route.....Good luck to you.

It sucks!

What I have found works is to use Certain Dry (the really ugly roll on that comes in a box usually either on the floor or very top shelf where you can't reach it) and just deoderant (not another antipersperent) like Tom's.

You have to use it at bed time, not in the morning, but over time it basically just shuts down the sweating completely!

I used to sweat through every shirt, really gross and super embarasing as a middle school teacher :(

It works differently (different chemical) than regular daytime anti-pers. (unlike Secret Clinical which is just MORE of the same active ingredient as the regular Secret) and the effect builds over time. After about a month you can go to every other day or so.
