I like the old recipe of Cream cheese, salsa (mild) and cheddar cheese.

There is a better one (same recipe, but one or two things added).

Try Cream cheese on the bottom, Salsa with corn in it (Big Papi's or Dustin Pedroia's is awesome) refried beans and then top with shredded cheddar or taco/nacho cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 min or so. Very yummy!!

I've done a cold one with the following ingredients, in sorta this order, give or take, in a 9 X 13 pan. It was okay to make several hours ahead:

1 can refried beans
seasoned ground meat
shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
salsa
chopped tomatos
sliced black olives
sliced scallions
sour cream
guacomole/chopped avocado
drizzle of taco sauce

Use the Scoop tortila chips too!!

As long as you don't attend the same parties as me!!! Here goes:

Bottom layer 1 can of refried beans
next layer: i packet of taco seasoning with 1 medium container of sour cream: mixed well
next layer: 1 jar of your favorite salsa
top layer: shredded monterray and jack cheese
garnish with chopped green onion.

place in fridge for 1 hour prior to serving.

I put this is a standard rectangular casserole dish.

This is the simplest, quickest, and actually quite refreshing nacho recipe for nacho dip for the summer. Best of all, there's no heating involved, it's served cold!!

1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 container of cream cheese(softened so you can spread it)
mexican cheese mix, or whatever shredded cheese you prefer

Simply layer the ingredients in the order above (salsa, cream cheese, shredded cheese) and serve! Made this for a Memorials Day cookout, and it disappeared in no time (there were only 6 adults), so depending on how many people your serving, you may need to double the recipe. Hope this helps!!

I have a recipe for a cold nacho dip that is very easy. This is the order I use. First layer the bottom of the dish with sour cream, then salsa, shredded mexican cheese, chopped up lettuce, green pepper, onion and tomato. Sometimes I add some sliced black olives on top too. It helps to prepare early and refrigerate. Otherwise it can get pretty soupy. Enjoy!!

preheat oven to 325

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 c bag of part skim mozzarella shredded cheese
1 large jar of salsa, whatever hotness

spread cream cheese in bottom of large glass pie pan or 8x10 glass pan. (metal sticks too much) pour on entire jar of salsa and sprinkle cheese over top using entire bag. Place in oven uncovered on middle rack for 20-25 min or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbling and golden.

You won't see it last!

Hi Bonnie -
Mine is very similar to someone else who responded. In a pie plate put sour cream, then salsa, then shredded (mexican flavor) cheese, and then chopped scallions. It's easy and quick and people love it! oh, and use the scoops style chips!!
Good luck!
