Help! Does anyone know if this can be repaired? The batteries oozed out gunk onto the battery charger and I'd like an easy fix if there is one. TIA!

What can I do next?

You need to dispose of it properly and buy a new one! The fluid that comes out of batteries can be very harmful !! It is not worth trying to 'clean' it...Rechargers are not that expensive..much less expensive then a trip to the ER !!

Can not be fixed, and it is toxic. Get rid of asap.

Batteries that leak are very toxic. I would toss everything that has any leakage on it. It could be battery acid.

Hello L.,

I don't know if it can be fixed... but the question I have, is it toxic now? would you want to be handling it for years to come? if they don't want batteries in the landfills... should you be handling it's contents? ~C~
