Hello Ladies,
My wife and I are currently enrolled at one of the Kindercare centers in Milwaukee and we have our 11 week old daughter enrolled there. We do like the center but we are having a hard time justifying the high cost ($300/wk). Are there any other recommendations that you may have in the mequon /thiensville/ even North Brookfield (wife's work)? My work area of glendale is pretty unsafe so that would not really be an option.
Does anbody know people who do in home day care either too please? We would be looking to start after 2 weeks notice :)

We currently have my daughter enrolled at Ebenezer Child Care in Mequon. We like the center and they have openings at their center.
My 5 yr old son goes to Range Line Preschool and Childcare in Mequon on Range Line Rd. We love it there. If you Google them they have their rates on-line. Good luck!!
hi you could try listing the hours and days that you need on www.care.com or there is grandma's house (that's the name of the day care center in brookfield)
Call 4C's : (community co-ordinated child care) research and referral program or look on line at: wisconsin dept of health and family services for the list of all licensed and certified child care centers and in home day care centers. Choose well and good luck!

You listed Glendale as your work area. My son attended St. Francis Childrens Center on Port Washington Rd in Glendale. I am no longer familiar with the prices, but we loved the center and everyone we encountered there. It is in a very safe area and certainly worth a look!
