Inexpensive Face Painter

I don't live in your area or I could help. But can't you do it or have a friend or someone who is artsy do it?
For a five year olds it's quite easy and simple to do face paininting and they really can't stand or sit still long enough for any elborate nor do they want one. They just want something cute and fun.

Do you know any preteen or teenage girls? They love to do stuff like this.

I'm not from your area either, but my suggestion would be to purchase a face painting kit and stencils and DIY or enlist a friend or relative to do it. You would then have everything you needed for another party or event, really cutting the cost down : )
