If I Were No Longer a "Commoner" I Would Still.....

So it is just a few hours now until the Royal wedding so I thought to myself, as I was mowing the lawn, if Royal folk (or the Rich and famous for that matter) still have those things they will not give up? My Mom swears no matter what my Dad would mow the lawn because no one else can do it right. I like to work in my flower beds so I think I would keep that. What about you all? What activities would you just have to keep?

What can I do next?

Taking care of my own kids!

I just can not/will not ever be able to 'trust' someone else to care for my children. No Nanny for me!

~I know I have 'trust' issues and I know exactly where they came from...but that doesn't change the fact that I have them!

Everything I normally do but I would hire a housekeeper (I am not one who likes to clean) and pay him or her an extremely lavish wage.

Doing my own shopping. I like to see what produce I will be eating before I take it home. I would stay in charge of my kids. I wouldn't have a nanny. I like knowing my children. Being in the day to day grind with them. I would hire a sitter more often. So, my hubby and I can have date nights;) We dont get to do that, unless the wind hits us the right way and we are feeling saucy.

The list of things I would NOT do is shorter:

-Laundry
-Grocery Shopping
-Making my coffee in the morning (thanks to my husband, I usually don't - it's the smallest of gestures, but my favorite favor that he does for me, especially since he doesn't drink the stuff)

Watching UFC wrestling at a friends house and having a good time ... the kids, I would not mind nanny support (think of all the things you would have to do as a royal) ... and I would like to still be in control of my look/make up.
