I've had the same OB/GYN for the past 10 years, but scheduling with him in the last year or so has become really hard. Plus, I'm looking for Friday appointments. I'm not high maintenance, but I'm looking for a GREAT doctor.
Thanks for all the recommendations. I tried to call North central womens in McKinney on Friday, but found they close at 12:30. :( I guess I'll try calling again on Monday. I'm a little concerned about everyone recommending them if the practice is going to be really busy and hard to get an appointment.

I have mine in McKinney at the corner of 121 and 5 (McKinney Medical Center). Dr. Reyes and his wife run a practice called Comprehensive Ob/gyn and their number is ###-###-####. I always could get an appointment any day I needed, never waited long, and they are really nice. Hope you find one you like :)
I have been going to Craig Ranch OBGYN for 5 years and really love all the Dr's there. I called yesterday morning with a concern for my pregnancy, and they fit me in at 10am.

I just switched from Craig Ranch to Dr. Halderman. She's with NCWHP group already mentioned. LOVE her. Didn't have anything against CR. Delivered my last baby with them four years ago, but since Dr. Joyner no longer delivers (LOVE her!), I wasn't tied to any docs in the office and wanted to look around. I received many referrals to Dr. Halderman and am so impressed. She takes time with me and even bothers to know my other two kids' names.
I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Gerald Luciani. He as offices at both medical center of McKinney and Presby Allen, where he's chief of obstetrics. Very easy to contact, Friday appts (I was just in this morning!), will answer all of your questions clearly and thoroughly no matter how many you ask (and I ask a LOT). He even spent time this morning explaining my BFF's delivery complications so I could understand what's going on with HER and why (not his patient--I told him what I knew, asked how that happened, and he explained). I'll be delivering my second child with him in April--can't say enough good stuff!
North Central Women's Health Partners in McKinney. I see Dr. Jennifer Allen and she is awesome! ###-###-####. In March they are relocating their office to Adriatica on Virginia Pkwy. but right now their office is across from McKinney Medical Center.

I love Jeanean Carter, CNM in Mckinney. She is a midwife, but totally able to handle your care, even if you are wanting an epidural. She just doesn't do scheduled c-sections. If you don't mind venturing over a bit further, Dr. Melissa Bailey (and her partner, Leslie Welborne) are fabulous -- they operate out of Centennial Medical Center in Frisco.
I see you have a few recommendations for NCWHP. Jeanean Carter is a CNM at North Central Women's Health Center ( 121 & 75) She is fantastic with great be side manner and takes her time with you. Also saw Dr Tracy Banks there and heard the other doctors are also nice. They also have appointments at 7:30am - very accommodating.
I just had my 2nd child 10 days ago and Dr Lori Halderman is my OBGYN and I love her.
I would recommend Dr. Jennifer Allen in McKinney at North Central Women's health Partners.
She is a wonderful woman with great beside manner. They even have evening appointments some days of the week.
