Check out www.weelicious.com. It's an excellent site with all healthy, homeade recipes. The mac and cheese and chicken bites are also fabulous!

We are following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (no sugar, artificial items, etc) due to my daughter having ulcerative colitis. I made a slight variation of this recipe:

I used raisins instead of cranberries, and I added sunflower seeds. As long as you watch it so it doesn't burn, it's quite good.

Hi, J.!

I saw a couple granola recipes on allrecipes.com that I've been meaning to try. I've tried several recipes from this site and have always had great results - soups, chicken marinades, salads, desserts, etc. Be sure to read the reviews at the bottom of the page. This is where people have tried the recipe and have added their own personal touches which are great tips.

Good luck!
