Hi,
Just a few days ago, "Hungry Girl" from Foodnetwork made this but a healthy version. She used ground turkey instead of ground beef. (You could use either of the two meats.) Since my husband and I have been counting calories lately, I stuck with the ground turkey. I liked it a lot... but I did miss my ground beef just a bit. My inlaws were over and they enjoyed it too.
