I have a chili recipe that uses it. It's my daughter's fav chili. (She's 11)
1.5 lbs gr beef/sausuage
1 med onion, diced and divided in half
1 can black beans
1 can Bush's chili beans
1 can tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes w/green chiles
1 can diced tomatoes w/sweet onions
3 TB chili powder
1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Brown the ground beef and half the diced onion with the chili powder, Lawry's and pepper. Drain.
Stir in everything else (including the remainder of the onion), and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Yum.
