i am a 71/2 month pregnant ist time mum who needs to change her oby/gyn immediately due to the fact that my current oby/gyn of past 3 yrs just proofed he can't be trusted any more, and at this point i do not feel comfortable with him delivering my baby.
can anyone who is familiar with dr christopher riegel of prestonwood ob/gyn associates of plano, offer any good/bad experiences with him.
second question is about presbyterian hospital of plano. can anyone offer any good/bad experiance with their LDR/post partum floors. i'm thinking about delivering my baby there.
i also appreciate suggestions of excellent oby/gyn in the dallas/ plano area that handle high risk pregnancies well, are very good in what they do, concerned about their patient welfare, has great medical staff, clean and tidy office environment and is flexible in hours of operation.
I would so appreciate the feedback. Thanks,

He delivered my sister-in-laws baby and she just loves him. She also like Presby Plano.

I love my OB, Traci Nivens @ Plano Presby, Bldg 3, Suite 530 ###-###-####!!!! I was very high risk and had to be on heparin. Traci was great! Hold on... she is having her baby in Sept. You should try her partner, Dr. Trilovich. She is also terrific. I had to call her a few times during my pregnancy. I enjoyed everyone in their office, and I had to meet most of them with how risky my pregnancy was and how often I was there. Elizabeth came into this world perfectly!

As for the hospital, can't say enough! They have completely redone their labor & delivery area. It was comfortable and clean! The nurses were awesome!

Good luck!
Jodi

Hi J.,

Im sorry your ob/gyn is not longer a good fit for you. That is so disappointing, especially at this stage of your pregnancy!

I dont know Dr. Riegel, but I delivered my daughter almost 3.5 years ago at Plano Presby and was very happy with them. Their staff was wonderful, beds were comfortable, nurses who were supportive, fun to be around, and knew what they were doing, and most importantly the food was good! ;-) I would highly recommend the facility.

I use Dr. John-Paul Roberts who offices at Plano Presby. He delivered my daughter and will be delivering #2 in February. I have been very happy with him and over the moon about his nursing staff. Im not sure how flexible their hours are, and frankly, the office staff (billing, receptionist, etc - he practices with four other doctors) leaves something to be desired. But I deal with them so little, its worth overlooking.

Good luck! Please let me know if I can answer any questions.
