Considering my favorite color changes weekly I have no doubt if asked next week I will have another favorite wedding picture. Oh, yeah, I updated my profile pic to my favorite. As a matter of fact, if anyone is really bored, a link....

http://www.mpix.com/SharedAlbum.aspx?aid=4720270&key=...

Someone tell me if the link doesn't work. Oh yeah click the cooliris button above the thumbnails and you get a slide show. God knows everyone loves to see wedding pictures. :p

S'anyway, what was your favorite picture from your wedding? Was it silly like mine?

Oh yeah, Andy, why do I always forget he isn't quite normal. He is my one with Autism spectrum. So yeah, he was okay with standing up, he was okay with wearing a suit, but we found out the day of the wedding he was not okay with standing up wearing a suit! :p Oops!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Oh yeah you guys reminded me of what will be next week's favorite. Genna's hair clips were coming out so I had her sit by me so I could fix them. It looks posed but it isn't. :)

Oh just because everyone who is lucky enough to have amazing friends should brag on said amazing friends, all the pictures were taken by a friend of mine. I think she should do it professionally but she doesn't believe me.

not my wedding, but my favorite wedding pic of all time is from my brother and SIL's, my son and neice (4 yrs old) were ring bearer and flower girl. the wedding was in a field on top of a gorgeous hill, and we got a precious shot of them, he is holding the pillow and looking down at it quite seriously (he was coming down with strep throat, but we didn't know it yet :( ) and she is cuddled up with one arm around his back and the other on his chest, also looking down at the pillow. it's so stinking perfect. of course words can't do it justice but that's ok :)

ps, your link worked but it was to ALL the pictures. very nice! :)

I love weddings and wedding photos.
Thanks for sharing.

My wedding pictures turned out amazing. Sadly, the marriage didn't last forever, but I still love the photos.
I think my favorite photo is the one where I seem to have a death grip on my mother-in-law's hand. I loved that woman.
We had the photographer take a photo of just her and my father-in-law.
We gave it to them on their next wedding anniversary. Their 40th.
Oh...and the one where my sister was looking down the front of her dress to make sure she wasn't leaking. My nephew was only 5 weeks old.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

my favorite was when we were having our first married kiss, I was laughing and my husband was crying.

My second favorite was when they had everyone lined up behind us, the look on my Grandma's face is priceless. She's trying to get as far away from the Klingon (or "monster" as she calls him!) as possible. :-)

My favorite wedding picture is of me kneeling and my 2 yr old nephew giving me a kiss. The Sun was behind us along with the 18th hole of the golf coarse! It was so sweet and I will treasure it forever!

My wedding dress had a skirt that was almost entirely made of tulle. That made getting into the limo after the ceremony rather difficult. Couldn't go in forward because I couldn't fit, so we tried backward. That got me into the limo, but I fell and got stuck. There are pictures of me with my legs in the air, feet sticking out from under the dress outside of the limo and pictures of my from inside the limo with my upper body stuck on the floor, with nothing to push off of to be able to get up. We were all laughing hysterically so that didn't help much at all!

I have several that I really like.
My nephew was 13 years old at my wedding and a groomsman. He loved being dressed up in a tux and looked so handsome. He was killed a few years ago. So those pics of him are very special to me.
In the picture of my husband and me kneeling, my dress formed a perfect heart on my but. That always makes me smile.
In another, my husband looks so happy and pleased with himself!
I am not ugly, but definitely not photogenic. A friend caught me looking our the church window. It is just an amateur pic and is a little dark, but one of the best I have of myself.

Our photographer SUCKED! She didn't put us in any kind of poses that were not the basic stupid look in the camera and smile. So I kind of started goofing off and doing all kinds of different poses and it ended up those were the best ones! We got married on a riverboat and there is one where I'm peeking over my hubbys shoulder kind of hugging him around the neck...that's my favorite one.

My funny favorite is of me and one of the groomsmen. The photographer was taking pictures of me with all of the groomsmen and after some lovely, posed photos, he said for them to do something wacky. One of the groomsmen (who was a close friend of mine) decided to go after my garter, with his teeth. He didn't make it there before I reclaimed my leg, but the picture of his "What? I'm innocent!" look and my laughing face is priceless!

My favorite sweet picture is my husband sitting me at table. He's looking down at me and I'm looking up at him. A genuine moment. I love when those are caught on camera.

Not sure if it would be my absolute favorite, but one that I enjoy is a photo of my husband standing between me and my best friend. She and I are smiling huge smiles and he looks like a deer caught in the headlights... lol. (She introduced us in college.... THEY dated in high school).

As far as overall favorite wedding photos--- it isn't from my wedding. It is a photo from my brother's wedding a few years ago. Our elder brother's two eldest daughters (13 and 15 at the time?)---beautiful young ladies who looked almost like twins that day--- are standing with my son in between them. They were in red junior bridesmaids gowns with formal up-do's, and bending over from the waist towards him (in a matching tux--he was ringbearer at the age of 9). Son has a huge embarrassed grin with his eyes cutting to the side as the cousins each are giving him smooches on either cheek! They had planned to turn and do that but he didn't know, so he was quite surprised. He hates it (embarrassed.. ha ha... he's almost 13 himself now)... but I LOVE it and so do my nieces.... :))

Our wedding photos didnt turn out so we only have a few snap shots from guests. My favorite of those few is of just our faces, no dress or tux, but the veil on my head with the little diamondy looking head piece. I have an 8x10 of it frames in my room. My grand daughter saw it once last year and since back then my hair was long and I was thin and wore different glasses, she didnt know it was me. But, grampa, well, he still looks the same, so she said, "look Grama, Grampa married a princess!" Its got to be my favorite!

I have to say its the picture of me and my daddy dancing. He passed away 4 1/2 years ago and he was the best daddy any girl could have. I haven't gotten up the courage to watch my wedding video since he passed, but I cherish that picture.
