I don't know much about them, but I do know Dr. Chris Lawrence in McKinney is who many women I know are going to for the bio-identical thing. He is a family practitioner and the office number is ###-###-####. Good luck!
I am thinking about taking bio-identical hormones to help with menopause issues. Does anyone know anything about them or have used them? I would also like a recommendation for a doctor, preferably a woman in the Plano/Frisco/Allen area.

My mom and my aunt both use them and are very please with the results. They read up on them in the book by Suzanne Somers. The only downfall is that some insurances will not cover the cost. I don't have an OB/GYN recommendation for you though, because they both live in Oklahoma.
I just heard Dr. Jim Porter speak at a Juice Plus health event. He is a compounding pharmacist in Dallas. His phone # is ###-###-####. ____@____.com.
Diane works closely with him. He was great. L. Harris
I would recommend my Ob-Gyn, Dr. Kristen Innes associated with the Baylor Hospitals and she is located in Frisco. Very thorough and doesn't rush you.
