Doesn't Lakewood Park offer reservations? They have a gazebo. Call the Chamber of Commerce or just the City of Lakewood and ask them about it. I don't even think it costs anything. Worth checking out. Good luck.

I had thought that any pavillion in the metroparks were available for such events.
Might try the parks website at:
http://www.clemetparks.com/visit/index.asp

Their reservations page is at:
http://www.clemetparks.com/visit/index.asp?action=feature...

If there is a campground near thats also an idea.
We camp at claremar lakes campground in wellington and it has a small pavillion to rent and has many areas that would be nice for photos.
Hope this helps.

Rocky River Park is really pretty (by the water) and Lakewood Park is nice too.
Good Luck! :)

Hi A.:
Congratulations! That sounds like a great time to get married - great weather, everything's green. I'm sure it will be beautiful. A friend of mine had her ceremony in the Metroparks a few years ago -- at the Berea Music Mound, by Wallace Lake. Its a great little field with a waterfall nearby. There's also a gazebo at Wallace Lake and I've seen a beautiful ceremony there as well.
If you're willing to drive 20-30 minutes south on 77, the Cuyahoga Valley National Park has some great places that they're just starting to promote for weddings. They call them "Extraordinary Spaces" and you can check them out on CVNPA.org. Good luck!

Not to rain on your parade, but to make sure it doesn't rain on your wedding make sure that the outside area you choose also has an indoor alternative. I had an outdoor wedding and luckily it was a beautiful evening wedding but we made sure htere was back up just in case. Good Luck.
