Bra Question

Go to Victoria's Secret - not for the bras, but for the fitting (FYI, Fredrick's of Hollywood also has great sizers). The sales people are specially trained to get your "real" bra size. Try on a few of theirs, but once you find a style that works, you can find it in other stores.

I don't really care for the Lane Bryant bras (I'm a 42DDD). They make me feel saggy and unsupported. To keep the girls up (especially when working out), I prefer Playtex 18 hour.

Lane Bryant are the best bras in the world i am 42c and they have never looked better they are were they are supposed to be and my sister started wearing them and we now wear nothing else!!! Good luck let them measure you!!!

I'm plus sized too and when I stopped nursing last month I could only fit into my nursing bra!! (No wires or support...ugh!) My hubby got me two FABULOUS bras from CACIQUE (LANE BRYANT) and they are WONDERFUL! The minute I started wearing them people told me that my stomach looked like it was getting smaller! Thank God for optical illusions! Anyway, try them out..they were very affordable and I feel great in them! (I think they are having a 2 for one sale now). Good luck!

I know they have them at Lane Bryant. I found some at Penny's, but I wear a 42C.
I would start with getting measured. I think the lady that measured me said that if I went up a cup size then I could go down in the around size.

Go to Nordstrom Rack--they've got nicer bras but for a discounted price and they have a huge selection...I just bought a real wierd size bra for my grandma for Christmas and they had several to pick from...I paid $17.95 and it was a very nice bra. I buy all my bras there, too.

I love Lane Bryant's bras they are affordable and work great. I know they were having a sale buy 2 get 2 free, I think it is still going on. I wear a 42 DD and have not found a bra that I like better than Lane Bryant (and I have tried a bunch).

I love Lane Bryant bras. I am a 46/48 D and I finally found the best bra that really puts my boobs back where they are suppose to be and makes my clothes much more flattering.

They are expensive but right now, they have buy 2 get 2 free, so I have to catch these sales! I don't have near the back and shoulder pain either. This is the one I love:

I can't say enough good things about it and I have tried bras from Avenue and Fashion Bug that look similar, but didn't have the near the support. I also never thought I would like a padded bra, but it is great!

Get sized first! You are probably wearing the wrong size and may not actually be a C cup like you think.
Remember, when you have a bra on you want the middle (inbetween the two underwires) to lay FLAT against you chest, separating and lifting your breasts. Most women's bras do not do that, meaning that they are in the WRONG bra.

Once you get sized I would probably order from Bravissimo. I have heard great things about them, they specialize in larger sized bras.

Try the Bali bras. They are really good for big ladies.
