Glenlaurel Scottish Inn
I am sure you will love it. Check out the website. Very romantic, very beautiful (no kids allowed). It is in Hocking Hills.
I don't know where to start to look for a bed and breakfast. We are wanting a week-end getaway, maybe in Amish Country, this fall, with nice site seeing or daytime hikes. Anyone have any ideas and not too pricey but elegant?? Thanks

We stayed at Alexandra's BB not too long ago. It's in London, OH.

Look up www.ravenwoodcastle.com
I think you will find that they are very interesting, quiet, relaxing place to spend a weekend. Wonderful food, really nice cottages!!
How about somewhere in the Hocking Hills (like Old Man's Cave)? My husband and I are looking at a kid-free fall getaway and there are LOTS of cabins, cottages and some B&Bs there too. There's hiking fo rsure, I don't know about shopping though. The website I used to check out the area is www.1800hocking.com. Have fun planning- that's half the fun!
I have been to the Hocking Hills as well. It is wonderful! I wnet to a place called Inn at Cedar Falls. They either have rooms in their Inn or Cabins with full kitchen ammenities. I am sure they are listed on the site above. Breakfast is included and the food is to die for! They also have an on site spa. Schedule as early as you can. October is their busy season! Good luck and have a great time!
