I have done the beach body 10 trainers and love them. They get me sweating fast and keep my heart in a good range through out. I was so sore the first week so make sure you drink lots of water. I love them. They are hard but getting easier as I get some of my weight off. Im sure if you are just looking to tone you will love them. I love that if I only have time to do one with a 2 min warm up and cool down its only 14 min and I can do it more than once in my day. I like the little planned out map that changes up which trainer to do each day so its something different each time. I dont get bored doing the same thing over and over. I personally think this is a great way to go.
