Febrile Seizures & the ER
My son has his 3rd febrile seizure tonight. Each time he has had a febrile seizure I take him in to the ER. After his second febrile seizure, the ER doctor told us that if he has a high fever and the seizure is under 5 minutes we do not need to bring him in to the ER.
